These Terms and Conditions are effective from 12.08.2021 and were last updated on 27 February 2026. Our Bonus Terms were separately updated on 1 August 2025. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and continued use of North Casino after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility to Play

We only accept adult players. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher, to register an account with us. We reserve the right to permanently suspend any account proven to be operated by a minor. In such cases, deposits are refunded where undisputed, and any winnings are forfeited to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in accordance with Kahnawake law.

Your Account with North Casino

You may only hold one account with us. If we discover duplicate accounts, we may terminate them and cancel any associated payouts. Once registered, the e-mail address linked to your North Casino login cannot be changed. We require that all funds used at North Casino belong to you personally. Deposits and Withdrawals

Our internal operating currency is the Euro, so transacting in another currency may create minor discrepancies due to exchange-rate fluctuations or conversion fees charged by your payment provider. We do not offer currency exchange or conversion services, including fiat-to-crypto conversion.

Our minimum deposit is 20 EUR/USD or the equivalent, with a maximum of 4,000 EUR shown in the cashier for most methods; iDebit deposits are quoted in Canadian dollars, from CAD 20 to CAD 5,000. To qualify for any bonus, including through a North Casino promo code selected in the cashier, the minimum deposit is 25 EUR/USD unless a specific promotion states otherwise. We process deposits instantly and free of charge.

Our minimum withdrawal is 100 EUR/USD or the equivalent, except bank transfers, which start at 500 EUR, and iDebit withdrawals, quoted at CAD 100. We charge no withdrawal fees ourselves, although intermediary banking fees, typically capped around EUR 16, may apply on certain transfers. We process withdrawals within 1 to 2 banking days across all methods, while bank transfers are typically completed within three business days.

We limit withdrawals to a maximum of 5,000 EUR/USD per week and 10,000 EUR/USD per month unless a promotion states otherwise. Winnings exceeding 10,000 EUR/USD may be paid to you in monthly instalments, while progressive jackpot wins are always paid in full. Before we release any withdrawal, we require that your deposit be wagered at least three times.

Verification (KYC)

We may request identity verification documents at any point, even if you have previously submitted similar documents. We require a minimum deposit of 10 EUR/USD for age and KYC verification before releasing winnings from any free-money bonus. If we cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, we lock the account, and we may confiscate winnings if you fail to supply the required documentation within 40 days.

Bonuses and Promotions
